Refund Policy
At Indomarket, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To uphold this standard and ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund and return policy:
No Returns or Exchanges
All products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because it is an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request refund or replacement.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only available if:
- Incorrect/missing items/damaged were received.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Failed Delivery Due to Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost covered by Indomarket, including any free shipping promotions.
Customers may also choose to have the package reshipped. In this case, a reshipping fee will apply.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact our customer service team immediately.
Incorrect/Missing/Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@indomarket.ca within 7 days of delivery. To assist with your request, we may require:
- Photo evidence of the incorrect item.
- Order Number
Once we review your claim and inspect the submitted evidence, we will provide further instructions for issuing a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before processing and shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
