Yes, any changes must be made as soon as possible, before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been processed and fulfilled, we cannot accommodate any changes and are not responsible for discrepancies.

Shipping

For orders with multiple boxes, we may ship them in separate, each with a unique tracking number. While deliveries are usually staggered by 1 to 2 days, it is possible for some packages to arrive on the same day. Please refer to the individual tracking numbers provided to monitor the status of each shipment. Rest assured, all items are on their way and will arrive shortly.

If you haven't received all your items within 1-2 days after the first shipment, please contact us with your order number and a list of the items ordered, and we will be happy to assist you.

Depending on the size of your order, we may ship using a standard courier service (such as Purolator, Canpar, or UPS) or via our partnered trucking company.

For larger orders that require pallet or skid delivery, we will use our partnered trucking service. In such cases, our team will contact you by email to confirm the shipping details and to determine whether a powered tailgate will be required at the time of delivery.

It may take up to 2 business days to ship your orders.

Depending on your shipping address, the delivery process usually takes between 3-10 business days. While we aim to ship your order timely, the courier may encounter occasional delays.

If you provided an email address when placing your order, a tracking number will be sent to that email once the order has been fulfilled.

If you did not provide an email address but would like to receive a tracking number, please contact us.
